Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) – Full-time, 100% remote from Germany

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) for our support team who provides exceptional support to our international customers and helps them to solve technical issues with our Software Spaix.

What you will do:

Provide exceptional support helping for international Spaix users
Ensure swift resolution of technical issues
Conduct customer trainings remote and in person
Curate and improve our customer knowledge base
Improve client satisfaction and enhance user adoption of the CPQ platform

What we are looking for: 

2+ years in a technical customer support or software support role, preferably with Configure Price Quote (CPQ)- or engineering software.
Professional training or degree in engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in pump technology or mechanical engineering is a strong advantage.
Enthusiasm for interacting with customers and a passion for presenting and conveying information in a way that provides clear value to our clients.
Business fluency in English, German language skills are beneficial.
