VSX Presents a New Interface Technology at the Pump Users International Forum 2008.

This year the Pump Users International Forum takes place from 28^th to 29^th October in Dusseldorf, Germany. VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE uses this event to present the newly developed interface technology that will automate the data exchange between sellers and buyers in the pump industry.

Innovative Interface Technology BProX

Due to a newly defined standard format, BProX allows the data exchange between different programs. Therefore the information is provided in a uniform appearance. This avoids nerve-wracking adaptations and rectifications of the data format. Imports and exports faster reach their destination. Furthermore, technical as well as commercial data will be considered.

As BProX enables data exchange not only between different programs in a corporation but also between different companies, both pump manufacturer as well as operators profit from this new technology.

The format definition is completely XML-based and can be converted in standard formats like OpenTrans via simple transformation. Thereby the commercial data will be extracted in order to be processed in ERP systems.

In addition, program libraries which will allow a fast integration in any business application or technical selection software are in preparation.
