In April 2014, VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE GmbH is organizing the second edition of its user-related conference concerning several topics around the Spaix software solutions in Dresden. The concept has been completely revised and now offers participants practical workshops as well as presentations of Spaix users to special application cases.

On 3 April 2014 the second Spaix User Conference takes place and offers again a unique platform for the exchange of experiences not only for users of the pump sales software Spaix but also for prospective customers. Besides user-related topics around the new Spaix 4 product line practical workshops are also offered during which participants can directly work on specific application cases using the software. The workshops are led by VSX support team members which gives participants the possibility to directly discuss open questions.

Moreover, typical application scenarios of the software are presented by Spaix users. In this context market trends can be discussed. Peter Bonn of Sulzer Pump Solutions will for example highlight the specific energy calculation with Spaix. Friedrich Pauli of Sterling SIHI will talk about his experiences with the integration of Spaix 4 Pumps in a complex online solution.

The one-day conference is addressed to manufacturers of centrifugal pumps and users within the fluid handling industry, the chemical industry the process and plant engineering industry as well as trading companies. The lecture contents are designed for executives and specialized engineers. Lectures as well as workshops offer informative impulses for Spaix users as well as prospective customers.

During the event all participants have the possibility to get in contact with software developers, specialists of the data team as well as with the VSX management in order to discuss current questions directly. Also in the focus of the event is the dialogue between customers and/or prospective customers whereby experiences about the use of Spaix can be exchanged.

The event is rounded-off by a supporting program at the evening before. It is planned to have a wine tasting with accompanying dinner.
